Gas Safe Registered
Our work is carried out to the highest standard
A Gas Safe registered engineer holding the relevant qualifications must be used when installing a new gas appliance. Gas Safe Register is the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Guernsey, appointed by the relevant Health and Safety Authority for each area. By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register.
Failure to use a Gas Safe registered engineer when fitting a new gas fire will invalidate any warranty and more importantly, is likely to put yourself and your family in serious danger. Gas fires should also be safety checked once a year and serviced regularly according to the manufacturer’s instructions by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
All of our work, including fitting, is carried out to the highest standards making sure that we cover every last minor detail from start to finish.

The Benefits of Installing a Fireplace For Your Home
There are many benefits that you can expect to enjoy when choosing to install a fireplace for your property. As well as increasing the value of your property by up to 5%, these are the other key benefits of choosing to invest in a fireplace:
- Fireplaces provide consistent and powerful heat to the room in which they are installed as well as other rooms surrounding the fireplace. You can combine them with your traditional heating system to heat other rooms whilst also providing cheaper heating to the main room on your property.
- Fireplaces cost a fraction of the cost of heating your home. Using sustainable wood fuel sources, it’s possible also to heat your home with a carbon-neutral heating source. The amount of CO2 that was absorbed by the tree before becoming timber negates the C02 produced once burned. Some fireplaces are also able to use bioethanol heating for renewable energy with minimal environmental impact.
- Fireplaces are perfect for traditional-style homes. There are also a number of modern fireplaces available on the market that are designed to match the style of modern homes and will match the style of your home perfectly.
- Fireplaces are becoming more affordable than ever, making it even easier to make a return on your investment. This allows you to enjoy the warmth of your fireplace and heat your home in the winter months. Your fireplace also will not see significant price increases compared to the grid which can fluctuate in price, especially in the winter months.
